Microsoft WinPad（也称为“At Work for Handhelds（在掌上电脑工作）”[1]或“Handheld Windows（手持 Windows）”）是 Microsoft 尚未发布的用于触控设备的 Windows 用户界面。此系统最初基于 Windows 3.1，后来从 Build 73f 移植到 Windows 95（当时称为 Microsoft Chicago）的预发布版本到 Build 275。兼容 WinPad 的手持设备将在运行 Windows 95 的桌面（使用 Switchboard）之间同步，并允许在移动设备上发送电子邮件、传真、文件传输和任务管理。
开发
Windows 3.1 存在 SDK 和 debug 版本（可以在标准模式下独立运行），而 Windows 95 端口较新，但限制更多。WinPad 上的开发在 Windows 95 开发的“最终测试版”阶段被放弃。用户界面和体系结构后来影响了 Windows CE 的开发。
