Sounds

The placeholder Windows Proximity Connection.wav sound from build 8123 has been replaced with the sound that is reminiscent of the one found in the RTM build, And similar to the consumer preview and release preview versions but not glitched, before being glitched in the build 8175

Miscellaneous

The terms "sign in" and "sign out" are now used instead of "log on" and "log off".
System Settings has been renamed to PC Settings.
A fifth page has been added to the ClearType Text Tuner.
The ability to create a recovery USB drive has been added to the recovery Control Panel applet. However, this feature is not yet functional as boot.wim does not get copied.
