Windows 8 build 8513 (win8_gdr_soc_intel) is an RTM escrow build of Windows 8, which was released to Intel partners on Microsoft Connect. It was uploaded to BetaArchive on 3 January 2020.

It does not include most built-in applications except for Internet Explorer and the Store.

It is almost visually and functionally identical to the RTM build, albeit having 2 different lock screen wallpapers, a different start screen design, lacking Metro-style apps and it utilizing test-code signing.

Changes

This is one of the earliest available builds to feature the boot screen used in the RTM build.
The desktop and lock screen wallpapers (except img100 which is the lock screen wallpaper of the earliest Release Preview builds) from the RTM build have been added; however, it's the only build to have the img105 lock screen wallpaper.
The Adobe Flash Player ActiveX control has been updated from version 11.3.372.39 to 11.3.372.67.
