Internet Explorer 9 build 7930 is the official Beta 1 and Platform Preview 5 build of Internet Explorer 9. It is available in a Russian language variant as well. Unlike all previous builds, which consisted of a minimal user interface which gets installed alongside a previous full version of Internet Explorer, this one ships with the full interface and replaces any previous version when installed.
