Internet Explorer 7 build 5299 is the official Beta 2 Preview build of Internet Explorer 7. It was scene leaked by JCXP on 20 January 2006, and then officially released for download by Microsoft on 1 February 2006.[1]

|| 1) Open the testroot.cer file and click on "Install Certificate" ||
|| 2) Follow the Wizard, making sure that you let the wizard ||
|| automatically select the certificate store ||
|| 3) Run IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe ! ||

|| NOTE: You must be using a Genuine copy of Windows in order to ||
|| install this build! If you are not, you can always change ||
|| your XP Product Key to a valid 700-PID one. :) ||
