新增功能和更改
- 将文本模式设置中的 Windows Whistler 品牌替换为 Windows XP。
- 引入了一个新的启动屏幕，此屏幕与其客户端对应项的最终迭代基本相同。由于在开发阶段没有特定于 SKU 的检测代码，因此操作系统只会将自身报告为“Windows”。
- 重新设计了“Configure Your Server（配置你的服务器）”和“Windows 激活（Windows Activation）”向导。
- 标题栏再次具有渐变，而不是默认情况下的纯蓝色。
- 与 Build 2481 的客户端对应方版本类似，窗口标题栏上的“建议？（Comments？）”链接已被删除。它后来在 Build 3590 到 3621 中重新出现。
- 此版本现在使用在 Windows XP 中听到的声音。
- 在 Build 2474 和 2481 之间的客户端对应版本所有错误检查代码更改均已实现。
