Windows 安装程序

全新安装体验

起始页中使用的半透明玻璃边框替换为 Plex 主题的不透明边框。当前登录用户的档案照片现在也会显示在其姓名旁边。

WinFS

  • 随着 WinFS 的开发，现在有更多的文件夹使用此服务，例如我的文档、我的图片和我的音乐。
  • “我的图片”和“我的音乐”两个“开始”菜单选项被 WinFS 的对应项所取代，旋即命名为“图片和视频库”和“音乐库”。
  • Windows 资源管理器中还引入了“Filter by（筛选依据）”左窗格，允许用户筛选文件、图片和音乐。

用户界面

任务栏

  • 这是包含新任务栏的最早可用版本，此任务栏后来成为 Build 4015 中的默认值。可以通过右键单击边栏并启用“新建任务栏”选项来启用它。
  • 现在的任务栏比旧任务栏短 5 像素，现在与边栏集成。但是，任务栏不显示用户的通知或当前时间。
  • 任务栏中添加了一个箭头按钮，允许用户打开或关闭边栏。

边栏

  • 边栏现已启用，默认情况下不再透明。
  • 引入了两个新的侧边栏小工具，即 Tray Icons（托盘图标）和Windows Media Player。Tray Icons 小工具显示用户的通知，而 Windows Media Player 小工具允许用户从侧边栏播放和控制音乐。
  • 在“Programs List（程序列表）”小工具的背景中看到的安装程序（Installer）图标也被删除。

Desktop Manager（桌面管理器）

第一个虚拟桌面的默认壁纸现在是当前登录用户的壁纸，而非空白壁纸。

桌面组合引擎

虽然桌面组合引擎与 Build 3706 相比在视觉上保持不变，但其显卡支持得到了改进。NVIDIA GPU 不再导致错误检查，而 ATI 和 Intel GPU 也不再导致 DCE 立即崩溃。

Windows Trust Manager（Windows 信任管理器）

Windows 信任管理器现在默认以更大的大小打开，并将自身称为“Windows Application（Windows 应用程序）”。

Media Center

Windows Media Center 应用程序现在可以打开，但是，由于按“Next（下一步）”后发生崩溃，因此无法通过“Getting Started（入门）”步骤。

Tablet PC

此版本是当前唯一可用的同时包含 Media Center 和 Tablet PC 组件的重置前版本，这些组件后面将包含在 Windows Vista 的最终版本中。这些组件可以通过控制面板中的“添加或删除程序”小程序进行安装。Tablet PC 组件包括屏幕键盘、便笺、墨球、Tablet PC 教程和 Windows 日记本。

Bug

一般

  • “Low Risk”和“High Risk”文本在 Windows Trust Manager（Windows 信任管理器）中重叠。
  • 无法右键单击新任务栏。
  • DiskPart 不工作，并且会告诉用户“This version of diskpart is not supported on this platform.（此平台不支持此版本的 diskpart）”。
  • 显示属性将 Luna 主题称为 Plex 主题。

边栏

  • 在调整分辨率时，侧边栏将无法正常渲染。
  • 在某些图形驱动程序上，气球通知在侧边栏上时闪烁。
  • 边栏上下文菜单使用白色而不是蓝色。

Windows 资源管理器

  • 由于新增了 WinFS 任务窗格，用户无法像 System32 那样查看系统驱动器或文件夹。除此之外，将控制面板切换到经典视图的选项不再可用，这使得大多数控制面板小程序完全无法访问。
    • 删除 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer 中的 WebView 键值会将任务窗格还原为其 Windows XP 对应项，从而允许用户将控制面板切换到经典视图。
  • 此版本的 Windows 资源管理器非常不稳定，并且可能会在某些时间随机崩溃。

桌面组合引擎

桌面组合引擎仅在硬件层上呈现用户界面，而软件层则呈现为黑屏或剩余数据。因此，尝试使用软件捕获方法（如 Print Screen）将无法正确捕获屏幕。大多数虚拟机管理程序仅呈现软件层，这通常会导致在启动 DCE 时出现黑屏。

由于缺少墨迹书写组件，Windows 日记本无法打开。
