Bug
Like in Windows 11 build 21380, the desktop.ini 的文件可能会在 %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup 下自动生成，导致它在登录 Windows 时打开。删除文件可解决此问题。在安全模式下启动时不存在此问题。
