New features and changes
- The Desktop web view has gained a sidebar introducing the features of Internet Explorer 4 as well as a bottom bar with links to relevant locations.
- The Explorer web view has gained a black header and blue side bar containing links to different Microsoft web sites and a search bar.
- A tab for The Microsoft Network has been added to Internet Explorer's default page.
