Internet Explorer 3.0 build 1117 is the official Beta 2 build of Internet Explorer 3, which was released on 16 July 1996.[1]
New features and changes
- The tile wallpaper on the toolbar has been changed from the Internet Logo to its final design.
- The Favorites button on the toolbar is now a drop-down menu, allowing the user to do actions such as add and organize to favorites.
- Quick Links has been renamed to Links.
- The loading icon has been finalized.
