Internet Explorer 3.0 build 1086 is the official Beta 1 build of Internet Explorer 3, which was released on 29 May 1996.[1]
New features and changes
Compared to Internet Explorer 2.0, the user interface has been overhauled, by enlarging the toolbar, including the buttons. The toolbar has notable Internet Explorer branding and a bolder font is used for the address bar. Apart from these, it already resembles the RTM build.
