The old profile picture selection screen was replaced by the new Your Look page. It primarily serves the function of the old one, but was also enhanced with a few functions. The old list of user profile pictures was replaced with a folder view that shows a search query in the <code>C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures</code> and <code>C:\Users\Public\User</code> Tiles folders.
