This build contains the login screen used in [[Windows Neptune build 5111|Neptune build 5111]]. To enable it, the value of the <code>LogonType</code> DWORD located in <code>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon</code> must be changed to 1. While functional, clicking the shut down option by default relaunches the login screen. Holding the Shift key enables the option to Restart the computer, while holding the Ctrl key enables the option to completely shut down. The option to log in using a dial-up connection has been removed from the classic login prompt as well.
