Windows 2000 Build 1631 是 [[Windows 2000]] 的 Beta 前版本。并在从升级时警告升级功能尚未针对 [[Windows 95 Build 1111|Windows 95 OSR2]] 进行测试。

== 新增功能和更改 ==

== Bug ==
* <code>lsass.exe</code> 在关机或注销期间终止，导致重新启动。
* 在首次启动期间，<code>tcpsvcs.exe</code> 将崩溃。
* On some Virtualizers, <code>pci.sys</code> will bugcheck with the code <code>0x1E</code>
