Windows for Pen Computing 1.0 build 1807 is the official Beta 2 build of Windows for Pen Computing 1.0. The build was shared in the BetaWiki Discord server on 9 December 2025. Prior to its publication, images of its floppy disks were shared on the same server on 28 October 2025.

New features and changes

• Setup opens as a full screen application.
• Snoop and Penpal have been added.
• MS Pen and PenWrite have been removed.
• Control Panel icon has been changed.
• The Handwriting and Pen icons in Control Panel have been changed.

Bugs

• Some applications do not work as it attempts to find PEN.DLL at the A: drive. Copying PENWIN.DLL to PEN.DLL will solve the issue.
• Penpal in non-functional, and attempting to open the application will result in an error message complaining it can't find PENWIN.DLL.
