Windows Server 2019 build 17100 is a build of Windows Server, version 1803, and subsequently the second external LTSC Preview build of Windows Server 2019. It was publicly shared online on 29 July 2026.
Bugs
- Opening the "Personalization" section in UWP Settings and selecting "Themes" causes the Settings app to briefly freeze before crashing.
- When launching the Windows Server Backup management console (wbadmin.msc), an error dialog titled "blbmmc.dll" appears stating: "MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it."
- In the UWP Settings app, regardless of which settings category is accessed, the text content of all dropdown selection boxes (such as "Taskbar location", "Country or region", "Background", etc.) sometimes is completely invisible, appearing as a pure white or transparent background. However, users can still interact with them normally via mouse clicks or keyboard arrow keys, and the selections apply successfully. This issue only affects the visual display and does not impact the functional logic.
