Windows Server 2008 Build 6001.16461 是 Windows Server 2008 的官方 February 2007 Community Technology Preview（2007 年 2 月社区技术预览）版本, which was released to beta testers on 16 February 2007.[1]

The background of NOGUIBOOT screen has been updated to the one previously seen in resuming from hibernation screen. Unlike final build, the "Starting Windows Vista" text is still present.
