新增功能和更改

它将“Microsoft Home（Microsoft 主页）”链接添加到控制面板。
它还将“Show this screen each time Windows starts（每次 Windows 启动时显示此屏幕）”复选框添加到“欢迎使用 Windows 98”应用程序。
桌面上的 MSN 图标已从“Setup the Microsoft Network（设置 Microsoft Network）”重命名为“Set Up The Microsoft Network（设置 Microsoft Network）”。
