- Icons in Internet Explorer now have a more three-dimensional appearance when the screen is configured for higher color depths. The previous flat icons coninue to be used on lower color depths.
- If Windows Explorer crashes with Active Desktop turned on, a recovery screen will now show up on the desktop after relaunching Explorer. It refers itself to as Active Desktop Safe Mode, a name unique to this build, as it already gets renamed to Active Desktop recovery in the later compile of this build.
