Windows 98 第二版 Build 2170A 是 Windows 98 第二版的晚期版本，于 1999 年 3 月 27 日被 warez 小组 PFT 泄露，后来于 2019 年 1 月 19 日在 BetaArchive 上共享。[1]原始上传有两个 CAB 文件（WIN98_44.CAB 和 WIN98_77.CAB）损坏了，但不久后就恢复了。
它还包含在名为 SOS Technologies 499 的 warez CD 中。[2]

- 这是首个包括全新安装体验的版本。它的外观与 RTM 对应方相似，但品牌不同。但是，不能跳过产品密钥部分，因为输入此版本的密钥、RTM 密钥或按“跳过”按钮将导致它报告输入的产品密钥无效，并且只能选择关闭计算机。
