新增功能和更改
- 此版本具有独特的引导屏幕，屏幕边框会改变颜色。启动屏幕还显示“February 1995 Release（1995 年 2 月发布）”
- 几个应用程序收到了小更新。
- 时间炸弹被移除，且一直到 Build 484 都不存在，直到在 Build 490 中才重新引入。

- The shutdown screens have now been finalized, bearing a resemblance to what is seen in the RTM. However, it is slightly different, with the text utilizing the Franklin Gothic font instead.
- In the case of the safe to shutdown screen, the additional text about instructing the user to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart was removed.
