Windows 95 Build 1163 是 Windows 95 OSR2 的 USB 补充版本 1（也作为 Windows 95 OSR2.1 发布）。[1]它仅以 USBSUPP.EXE 的形式作为 OSR2 的更新提供，并且不知道是否曾经进行过完整的构建。
此版本现在在系统属性中将自己标识为“4.00.950 B”，就像 OSR2 和 OSR2.1 的最终版本一样。

Detroit RC1 installs on top of Windows 95 OEMSR2 and brings
the build level up to 1163. Detroit adds Universal Serial
Bus (USB) and Windows Driver Model (WDM) functionality to
Win95, allowing developers to write common drivers for both
Win95 and NT.
To install Detroit, unzip the file and run USBSUPP.EXE in a
temp directory.
Also look for the Detroit USB Driver Development Kit Release
Candidate 1 to be released by Masque later today.
