Plans for the implementation of a Start menu and support for windowed Metro apps intended for Update 2 were shifted over to a separate feature update intended for the remainder of Windows 8.1's lifecycle, but only the former was exclusively backported onto ARM32 devices. The implementation of this feature would first appear in Windows 10 build 9780. This update was released for ARM32 devices on 1 September 2015[3][4] as KB3033055, labeled as a Feature Improvement update.
