Windows 8.1 build 9298 (fbl_partner_out06) is a build of Windows 8.1, which was shared on 3 November 2024. Prior to its leak, it was streamed in a voice channel in the BetaWiki Discord server at 28 October 2024 alongside build 9304. This is the first available AMD64 build of Windows to drop support for AMD CPUs without the CMPXCHG16b, PrefetchW and LAHF/SAHF instructions under the x64 architecture.
