Windows 10 build 14934 (rs_prerelease) is a build of Windows 10 Creators Update, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 25 March 2017 in the Enterprise SKU only in x64 architecture. Prior to it being shared, it was showcased in the "Disrupting the Revolution of Cyber-Threats with Revolutionary Security!" session at the Microsoft TechDays 2016 conference.^[1]

Bug

A bug with hal!HalpGicInitializeLocalUnit will cause the system to crash on boot on anything with a CPU that has more than 2 cores and 1 thread per core (or vice versa), except for the Snapdragon 810 LIQUID Reference Platform device.
