OS/2 2.00 build 6.149 is a build of OS/2 2.0, which was mentioned in the file TEXTHIST.XLS from the Windows NT 3.5 Build 782.1 source code. The build was uploaded to a BBS on 26 July 1991 as a set of Teledisk images. It was also mentioned several times by Michal Necasek, author of the OS/2 Museum blog, in his posts about other pre-release versions of OS/2 2.0.

On 28 June 2021, ReflectiaX shared screenshots of this build on his Twitter page. A set of 13 diskettes of this build were later shared by Blue Horizon on the BetaWiki Discord server on 25 February 2024. Prior to its publication, a video demonstrating this build was uploaded five days earlier by the aforementioned.
