This theme contains a blue background and a dark blue top and bottom bar, along with the Whistler wordmark and logo being shown on the top left. The color of the progressbar has also been changed from blue to orange to accompany the design. The step indicator alongside highlighted text, now includes checkmarks that mark which step has already been completed.

| The font used for Setup has been reverted back to Tahoma after the change to Arial in [[Windows XP build 2211|build 2211]]. However, the Arial font will remain when upgrading to this build. New billboards were also introduced, with localization changes done to existing boards and the upgrade setup.
