The Setup process has received major uplifts compared to [[Windows XP build 2296|build 2296]]. This includes a new [[Luna]]-esque Setup design, which is mostly similiar to the version used in the [[Windows XP build 2600|RTM build]]. This theme contains a blue background and a dark blue top and bottom bar, along with the Whistler wordmark and logo being shown on the top left. The color of the progressbar has also been changed from blue to orange to accompany the design.
