==新增功能和更改==
* [[Internet Explorer 4]] 已降级到 [[Internet Explorer 3|Internet Explorer 3.02]]。因此，[[Outlook Express#Outlook Express 4.0|Outlook Express 4.0]] 同样降级回 [[Outlook Express#Microsoft Internet 邮件和新闻 1.0|Internet 邮件和新闻 1.0]]，并且删除了 HTML 帮助。

== Bug==
由于 [[Internet Explorer]] 版本较旧，不建议从 Build [[Windows 98 Build 1400|1400]]-[[Windows 98 Build 1415|1415]] 升级。如果执行此操作，请在配置过程中取消 IE 3 的安装。即便是 [[Windows 98 Build 1434|Build 1434]] 也是如此。
