Windows 95 Build 189 是 [[Windows 95]] 的官方 Beta 1.4 版本。它是使用新 Windows 95 品牌的最早可用版本。

== 新增功能和更改 ==
* 重新启动后的安装程序现在使用 <code>SETUP.BMP</code> 作为墙纸。
* There are some strings which have been changed compared to [[Windows 95 Build 180|build 180]].
* The wallpaper seen during Setup has been finalized, however the variation seen in the previous build is still present as <code>SETUP.BMP</code>.

==Bug==

* When emptying the Wastebasket while it includes only one item, the then appearing confirmation dialog will not display the name of the item properly, instead spoofing out random gibberish which changes every time the dialog is invoked.
