欢迎中心（Getting Started，在 [[Windows Vista]] 和早期 [[Windows 7]] 版本中称作 Welcome Center，中文始终称欢迎中心）是 Windows Vista 和 Windows 7 中包含的[[控制面板]]小程序，其中包含有关如何使用 Windows 的提示，并提供对基本功能（如添加新用户或将计算机连接到网络）的轻松访问。计算机规格最初也显示在 [[Windows Vista]] 中，但在 Windows 7 中被替换为“了解 Windows 7 中的新增功能（Find out what is new in Windows 7）”链接。Windows Vista 中存在的另一个功能是在计算机启动时启动欢迎中心。此功能在 Windows 7 中也被删除。

== 历史 ==
在首次启动后打开并帮助用户探索作系统新功能的应用程序在 Windows Vista 之前就存在于系统方式中。在 [[Windows 95]] 中使用了“欢迎使用 Windows（Welcome to Windows）”应用程序。它也出现在 [[Windows 98]] 中。此应用程序可以选择在每次启动时启动。它在 [[Windows Me]] 中被删除。[[Windows XP]] 引入了[[漫游 Windows XP]]，但它只能由用户通过“开始”菜单手动打开。

早期的 [[Windows Vista|Windows Longhorn]] 版本包含一个名为“Start page（起始页）”的功能。它在 [[Windows Longhorn Build 3683.0.Lab06_N.020923-1821|Build 3683]] 中引入，并在 [[Windows Longhorn Build 4008.0.main.030219-1933|Build 4008]] 中删除。
