 This is the *"Official Beta 1"* from Microsoft. NOT an Internal(bug)Release.
 MS has taken a long time getting this ready for release, and it's well worth
 the wait. This Release includes IE-4 and Outlook Express. Have fun with all
 the "working" goodies in this build.
 
 Installation: Unzip to a temp directory and run Setup.exe.
