Windows NT 4.0 Build 1381.1（预发布版）是 Windows NT 4.0 RTM 构建版本的一个早期编译版本。这是原始编译，在启动屏幕上缺少一个点，且文件日期较早。它本来打算作为 RTM 版本发布，并且在发现一个重大 bug 之前显然已经开始发货，因此必须重新编译。
