Windows NT 4.0 Build 1381.1（预发布）是 Windows NT 4.0 的 RTM 内部版本的重新编译前版本。这是原始编译，在启动屏幕上缺少一个点，且文件日期较早。它本来打算作为 RTM 版本发布，并且在发现一个重大 bug 之前显然已经开始发货，因此必须重新编译。
此版本的 Workstation 和 Server 版本均已发现。此版本于 1996 年 8 月初被泄露，随后不久又进行了重新编译。Workstation 版本于 2014 年 12 月 22 日在 BetaArchive 上共享，[1]而 Server 版本则在一年后的 2015 年 12 月 25 日在 OSBetaArchive 上共享。[2]
