Windows 10 Build 19044.1147 是 Windows 10 2021 年 11 月更新的首个预览体验计划预览版本。此版本于北京时间 2021 年 7 月 16 日发布到 Release Preview 渠道的 Windows 预览体验成员（包括由于电脑不符合 Windows 11 最低系统要求，从 Beta 渠道迁移者）。
新增功能和更改
- 与 Cobalt Build 21359 一样，删除将新活动上载到时间线的功能（对于启用跨设备获得历史记录同步的 Microsoft 帐户）。但连接到 Azure Active Directory（AAD）的设备除外。
- 官方公告中列出的多个修复程序。
