Windows 3.1 Build 060：修订间差异

* 启动画面现在已经完成，尽管它在底部写着“Incremental Beta Release”。 The EGA variant of it additionally has the background of the backdrop recolored from a dark shade of grey to white. The Beta Release notice has been slightly moved to the bottom and now covers a part of the bottom inline of the backdrop. These changes make the EGA boot screen now identical to its Hercules counterpart, save for the larger height and the colored Windows logo.
