Windows 98 Build 1602：修订间差异

This build is the first to introduce the beta 2.1 sounds, respectively:

*The startup sound is finalized but in the mono audio, before being changed to the stereo audio in the [[Windows 98 Build 1671|build 1671]].

*The shutdown sound is longer and lower pitched than the [[Windows 98 Build 1998.6|RTM]] one, before being changed to the short and high pitched version in the [[Windows 98 Build 1687|build 1687]], but this old one made it instead into the Windows 98 theme of [[Microsoft Plus!]] 98 but in the high quality.

*before being changed in the [[Windows 98 Build 1633|build 1633]];

**chimes.wav and ding.wav are finalized but in the stereo audio, to the mono audio

**tada.wav is similar but as a 1-note sound, to being similar back to [[Windows 3.1]]

However, chord.wav is changed to the RTM version and recycle.wav is introduced and replaces ding.wav as empty recycle bin event.
