A new "Screen Curtain" feature has been implemented into Narrator to completely blacks out the display, ensuring that only the user hears what's on the screen through Narrator, while the visual content remains hidden from view. It can be toggled on via the {{key press|⇪ Caps Lock|Ctrl|C}} keyboard shortcut.
