It is popularly known as "build 4069" as a result of a report from WinHEC 2004 stating that builds [[Windows Longhorn build 4067 (private/lddm dev tech(davidmo))|4067]] and 4069 were scheduled to be demonstrated, but this build number is almost certainly incorrect due to these reasons listed below:

| Based on this, the actual build number is believed to fall somewhere between 4050 and 4067. It is possible that this build is the same build demonstrated at PDC 2003. This possibility is further upholded due to the fact that build has the same arrow maximize and minimize window keys.
